Working directly for Community Warmth selling advertising space in our print based and online magazine.
Based in our offices just outside Exeter, you'll join our small, friendly team working with existing and new partners to increase the advertising in our publication Park Home Resident Magazine.
We are offering a competitive salary, pension and although we would like a full-time person we can offer flexible working hours.
You'll need to have experience in a similar environment, enthusiastic, able to work on your own and keen to meet your target.

Business Development Manager and Sales Executives required to join our team selling advertising and forming long term relationships with our customers. You'll need to be able to prove your success in a similar environment and have drive and enthusiasm to grow our publications. This is not a call centre role and you will have your own private office, full admin and marketing support and uncapped earnings.
Immediate start available for the right candidate. This is an office-based role but may include some travelling to shows and events.
We may be able to offer flexibility with hours worked, but there may the occasional over night stay.

Graphic Designers Required
We currently have vacancies for several Graphic Design Roles. We have an apprenticeship scheme starting in September, Summer Internships and a vacancy for a junior designer. For all our Graphic Design vacancies you will need have experience in using InDesign and Photoshop.
The roles are creating, developing and updating adverts, creating magazine pages and covers, design elements and assisting in improving web sites, creating direct mail, guides and flyers. Proof reading skills are important and an ability to communicate effectively with customers on the phone.
